If you choose our free delivery option your delivery will happen between 7am & 5pm the day of your rental as it fits in to our delivery route around the city. Your rental time does not start until the tools or equipment are dropped off to you.
We do have what is called Premium Delivery. We have a limited number of these deliveries available each day and they do get booked up very quickly. This option gives you a guaranteed delivery window that we will arrive in. We generally have 7am-9am, 9am-11am, 11am-1pm or 1pm-3pm windows available. There is a cost associated with this option of $29-$159. Cost and availability will be available to you during the last step of online booking.
No Supreme Fleet Sales only offers curbside delivery of tools and equipment.
All rentals are pre-paid by Visa or Mastercard. Rental extensions are also pre-paid at time of extension.
Please follow the steps on our website to complete your rental. At the time of your delivery, you will need a valid driver’s license and license plate number of your vehicle.
Rentals of any tools or equipment that require any type of fuel will have a mandatory fuel fee added to your rental cost. This provides you with a full tank of fuel at the time of delivery and you are not required to refill the fuel at the time of pickup. The fuel fee is mandatory and cannot be removed or refunded once the equipment is delivered.
Supreme Fleet Sales will deliver tools and equipment 7 days a week in most markets. Some exceptions do apply.
Yes. Supreme Fleet Sales yard just outside of Calgary is open for pickup Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Pickup is not currently available at any other locations in Canada.
You can reschedule your rental to a new date up to 24 hours before delivery. You need to cancel your rental with 7 days’ notice for a full refund.
Yes, we do! Please choose this option when you book your rental so we can send the correct delivery truck.
It is the renter’s responsibility to confirm the dimensions of the equipment being delivered, and make sure it will be able to access the necessary location.
